Wills

The Centre considers it important that everyone over the age of 18 years has a legal Will. If you do not have one, the Centre offers an affordable basic Will making service (please see below for prices).

  • A solicitor will assist you to make your Will;
  • We do not take any part of your estate when you die;
  • We do not administer your estate.

Our service reserves the right to refer clients elsewhere depending on the circumstances and complexity of an individual Will. Please contact us and make an appointment to see if we can assist you.

Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA):

An Enduring Power of Attorney is another important document which allows you to appoint someone to take care of your personal / health and/or financial affairs if you are unable to make these decisions for yourself (accident or illness etc). We offer an affordable means of making an EPA. Our solicitors can assist you by going through an EPA with you. You can then decide if you need or want such a document.

Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys can also be made through The Public Trustee of Queensland and private solicitors.
